If an item has been incorrectly supplied, received damaged or is faulty, then all you need to do is follow the Returns Procedures detailed below. We will then arrange the collection of the item(s) free of charge.

Upon receipt of the item(s), we will inspect the product, and if it is proven to be faulty or was incorrectly supplied, we will refund you for the full value within 30 days.
